I had eaten here before maybe 2 years ago and it was good. This time I went in about 1:50 pm on Saturday and waited at the entrance for a few minutes before anyone came over to seat me. Then I got seated at a table that had dried tea or soda and food on it so I asked for it to be cleaned. The towel they used to " clean " it left more food and hair behind then what was there and didn't clean the dried beverage off at all. I used my napkin to wipe the hair and food off the area I would be eating and ordered my food. There were only a few people in the whole restaurant and most of them had food or looked to have eaten already. I waited 20 minutes and still didn't have my wings so I left to go eat elsewhere. There is no excuse for any of this other then poor management, there were plenty of employees to get stuff done around there but nothing was getting accomplished. There is no reason what so ever for a spilled drink to be left on a table until it is dried and sticky let alone seat a customer there and no reason it takes 20 minutes to make a few wings when it is clearly dead in the restaurant. If people need to be seated then somebody should be at the station to do so and not make people wait so long to be seated. I will not be back, not that I was a regular

The service my girlfriend and I received was terrible. We arrived excited when we first came through the doors because there were very few people at the location during lunch rush hour.... and then we found out why. The waitress took 10 minutes to introduce herself and it took 20 minutes to get our drinks. We waited 45 minutes for our appetizer to arrive at which time we left the store. I'm not going to spend my money somewhere that I feel like I'm being a burden on the wait staff. It was as if my arriving was interrupting their precious cell phone time. I like bdubs, however the location in Owasso left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be coming back to this location.

Always good!!! Accommodates all of my family's food needs! Staff is very competent and seem to go out of their way to serve an outstanding product!

We stopped in last night, it was chicken finger night....Sat at bar...not busy but the two ladies working it managed to avoid us. Finally got their attention. No smiles. No greeting....just "what can I get you". Got 2 beers....they we had to flag them down to order....my chicken fingers were just warm....I ate a few an left the rest. Terrible. ...my son's food was real spicy considering he ordered just barbecue. ...he did finish his wings either.....bad atmosphere, service and food! ! We won't go again

Me and couple buddies went there last night to watch the draft. We all ordered a couple drinks and wings. Everything was fine until it was time to get our checks. The waitress asked us to separate our orders and tell her who got what which is no big deal. We get our checks and they are messed up. She goes back again to fix it and they are still messed up. She calls a “manager” over to help get the whole thing sorted out. After about 30 minutes another waitress comes over and asked us to tell her what we all had. After about another 10 minutes she comes back and the checks are still all wrong. They call another waitress over and she comes and asked what we all had. Still gets it all wrong. One of the guys we were with ended up paying for 2 pitchers and a side of mozzarella sticks that he didn’t even have just so we could get out of there. Waited for just over an hour for them to sort out our checks and they were still all wrong.
